People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume the product, the FDA recall announcement said. The recall was initiated after a customer alerted the firm that “the product in the container labeled as Meal Simple Red Lentil Dal Soup was a poultry and rice soup,” health officials added.
